42 Metres NE of Durville

Well the Autumn fishing has kicked off!
There are anchovies for Africa and as we headed to the 42 mtr mark we saw heaps of bait from 20-30mtrs.
Got to the 42 mark and the budgies were everywhere up high and sitting on the water.
Down with the 2-4oz sinkers and various Zman paddle tails (the wind had risen to 20knts SW so we had a very fast drift).
Fish were hard on the bottom and most were pan sized but there were heaps of them and we got our limit pretty quick (kept fish over 35cm).

Another perfect day in paradise.
