'Win a $1,000 Ocean Angler Shopping Spree' Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of this contest is Pacific Ocean Distributors T/A Ocean Angler.
  2. The contest is open to residents of New Zealand.
  3. The contest runs from March 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2023.
  4. To enter the contest, customers must purchase any Ocean Angler product either online or in-store during the contest period and email the receipt to win@oceanangler.co.nz with their name and email address.
  5. Each valid purchase of an Ocean Angler product counts as one entry to the contest. Multiple entries are allowed, provided that each entry has a unique receipt.
  6. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the contest period.
  7. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the contest's end and must respond within fourteen (14) days of receiving the email to claim their prize.
  8. If the winner fails to respond within the stated time frame, Pacific Ocean Distributors reserves the right to select another winner.
  9. The prize is a $1,000 Ocean Angler shopping spree, which can be redeemed online. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. Pacific Ocean Distributors reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  11. By entering this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Pacific Ocean Distributors which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
