THE COMPETITION 

1. “Win $200 worth of Ocean Angler gear” is a campaign competition that runs from 1/4/21 until further notice. 

2. Information on how to enter this competition and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

THE PROMOTER 

3. “The Promoter” is Pacific Ocean Distributors (Trading as Ocean Angler) 10 Burrett Ave, Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand.

4. Pacific Ocean Distributors reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to any participant, if this is necessitated by unforeseen circumstances beyond Pacific Ocean Distributors reasonable control. 

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY 

5. The competition is open to all permanent residents of New Zealand and Australia.

HOW TO ENTER 

6. Entry to the competition is via the form located on https://oceanangler.co.nz/pages/200-monthly-prize-draw where entrants need to complete all mandatory form fields to be eligible.  

7. Upon entering the competition, entrants are consenting and opting-in to receive marketing communications in the future from Pacific Ocean Distributors  

THE PRIZE AND DETAILS OF PRIZE DRAW 

8. There is one monthly prize draw valued at $200 NZD. The winner will be contacted and given the choice to choose Ocean Angler products up to this amount. 

WINNERS

9. The Prizes (as defined in 8.) will be awarded at random from entries submitted. The winner will be notified by the Promoter via email.  

10. The winners full name will also be announced on Ocean Anglers monthly email. 

11. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries in the case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected as a winner.
